How was there varying degrees of equality for groups of people after the Revolutionary War?

    Well I know that the women were still being treated unfairly. That was the main group of people that had varying degrees of equality after the Revolutionary War.

    They had jobs, but they could not be scientists or doctors or professors. They could not have a job that required a license. But, marriage did give you more rights.
