Learning was encouraged during the Renaissance and discouraged during the MiddleAges is the only false statemtn, but we mus rememebr to not overuse that term becouse reinassance is the term for movment in art not historical period, all other three are corrected becouse late midlde ages when reiance movement occured is time of creation of more central governments during both time arts and science flourished and Church didn't had such power later, to be fair till 15th century Church did not had such authrouty like in 16th and 17th century but in 16th century reformation occured which led to tha abadonment of catholicsm by many parts of / Europe and helepd in development of absolutism
