    The question is asking to determine what could the said figurative and literal phrase symbolize to the iroqois and base on my further understanding and further research, I would say that the answer wold be that the Symbol it self is a combination of the semaphoric signal for the letters "N" and "D", standing for Nuclear Displacement.
