A. states can choose whether to follow national laws

B. people can legally break laws they do not agree with

C. even the president can be arrested and placed on trial

D. trials are not often necessary because the law is the judge

    A ... need to chose to follow nation law and if not than the one don't follow get introble but depends on what they did ...
