What was deficit spending and why did Kennedy support it?

    We have to define deficit spending as borrowing money right now that you'll have to pay back in the future. Now, Kennedy advocate defcit spending because he thought it could increase growth and create more jobs. The endorsement of this deficit proved that government spending good starts were actualy leading to a sluggish economy.
