How does the U. S. Constitution ensure that the president does not act outside the rule of law?

It creates the requirement that the president be chosen by public election.

It gives congress the ability to remove the president for wrongdoing.

It creates a Supreme Court to oversee all presidential decisions.

    The citizens can do what is known as an impeachment of the US President. Which is the same as a recall. This way they can remove anyone who gets power hungry.
