America's voting system could be considered ineffective because: A. it offers too many candidates in each election

    Has nothing to do with under 21; one can vote at age 18.

    Other countries follow our model of voting.

    So not enough information on the candidates positions to make an informed decision. This reminds me of the current presidential race; vague positions, no plan to correct the US problems everything will be great again if we work together. Ok but how?!
