What amendments are the miranda rights drawn from?

    The Miranda right is from the 5th amendment. This is because in 1966, the supreme court decided the historic case; Miranda v. Arizona, declared that if a person is taken into police custody, before questioning he/she must be informed by the 5th amendment.
