I believe the answer is: there is enough evidence to hold a trial

One requirement for the trial to be conducted is that the prosecutors need to have sufficient evidence for probable cause of Defender actually committing the crime. The ethical standard among prosecutors make it morally wrong for them to bring a trial without sufficient evidence. But there is no particular legal punishment for it.

The question is asking to state the statement or the sworn statement of the prosecutor in an information document and base on my research and further clarifications, I would say that the answer would be letter B) there is enough evidence to hold a trial. I hope you are satisfied with my answer
