    Well, the Bill of Rights is the first ten amendments to the Constitution. The first ten Amendments states the different rights we and do not have according to law. The 14th Amendment defines citizenship. The 14th Amendment gives black Americans equal rights as white Americans. The 14th Amendment also guantees certain rights and protections to American citizens.
