    The Mongol Empire system of administering its territories led to a period of peace and economic prosperity - B

    however this is a somewhat relative term because there never was peace as we know it today. There were always small scale skirmishers and bandits raiding around. Despite all this, their system enabled the period of peace which was extremely economically prosperous.
