Bill clinton's foreign policy centered on: elevating human rights to a central place in international relations. defeating the few pockets of communism left in the world. taking a hard line against economic competitors like mexico and canada. building what he called a new world order. preemptive strikes to weed out dictatorial leaders that posed a threat to american security.

    And not just that, a lot of countries were associated with Bill Clinton's foreign policy. Included are Africa, The Balkans, Haiti, and even the Middle east was one of them, here associated are, Iran, Iraq. And again the North Korea, the mexico and even the Cuba is included. Northern ireland too, and then the vietnam, the china and a lot more.
