I have earnestly opposed violent tension, but there is a type of constructive, nonviolent tension which is necessary for growth. How does King support this claim in the rest of his letter?

    In this passage the king tries to demonstrate the historical roots of his behavior, using Socratic logic to establish a connection with the past and demonstrate the importance of the decisions he was taking.
