    France was dived on 3 social estates with diferent rights law and obligations but it was dived in a gropu of aristocracy, clergy and thrid estate third estates included 98% of total popualtion includingalmost all social classes middle and lwoer nobility, riche and poor peasents industrail entrprtouers and on the other hand proltariet and lowest classes, after 160 of not calling neither parliament neither France main legislative body general estates the memebrs of thrid estates were in anger that after so many years of absolutism only aristocrats have abilty of govern and other the majority is not represneted
