neither B or D are right, ive taken the test enough times to know that, the correct answer is A.

The expedition was successful in finding new lands throughout the oklahoma territory however the expedition was marked as a failure because no gold was found only amounts of fairly good soil.

Im pretty sure the answer is D because that is the only one he did not do and it was asking what was not an outcome and that to me fits it.
