    Women's suffrage was happening for decades, but became nationally in 1920. Women's suffrage started to form in the 1840s boarding women's rights. In 1848, the Seneca Falls Convention was the first women's rights convention. 1850 was the the first Nationally Women's Right Convention, however, women's suffrage was increasing and a fast moving topic.
