How was magellan a bad leader?

    Magellan, being very religious and overconfident, agreed to fight the other tribe with only 60 men, none of which had previous battle training. This, of course, resulted in Magellan and most of the 60 men being killed. That is why Ferdinand Magellan was both a good and bad leader.
