    If you want to research a controversial history, I would recommend showing all sides to it.

    First, I would search for the facts that have the most support from the evidence. I would also research into analyses and opinions that are in line with this evidence

    Then, I would research into the opposing opinion (s) and into the evidence that they use to support their side of the history.
