How is Louis XIV's statement "L'état est moi" (the state is me) reflective of absolutist philosophy?

    Louis XIV simply stated that he is the state his decisions are state decision such statment is considered the explanation of essence of absolutist system in a nutshell, literaly it referend to throwing out pages of parlimentary book from the times of Fronda, the last attempt to stoped the development of absolutism in France
