Do you think the judiciary, which has the power of judicial review, is, as Alexander Hamilton called it, the "least dangerous" branch of government? Explain your answer

    In my opinion, I do believe the judicial branch is the least dangerous branch of government. They are the ones whose job it is to interpret the law. In a court setting, they decide whether you broke the law or not. I see how they might hold a lot of power because they determine your fate if you did or did not commit a crime. I, however, believe the Executive branch is more dangerous because the are the enforcers of the law.
