    World War II refreshed the dark battle for correspondence. Each patron required the privilege to vote in the South, the disassembling of isolation, and access to the "American way of life." Black individuals needed to be considered residents of the US with their four flexibilities as FDR notices. Needed majority rule government at home, needed to win the war however win peace.
