During the 1970's arabs had few successes against israel how far do you agree? explain your answer

On this topic, I agree that Israel had fewer successes than the Arabs. My reasoning is that Israel wanted to take over Palestine, which was once a country of peace. In the time of when Palestine (Alquds) was once a country, the Israelis wanted to take over that Arabian country. Even though they took over Jerusalem, the Palestinians will remain in that land, and they will get it back soon.
