What effect did inflation have on germany after world war 1?

    It destroyed their economy which made them a very poor country. It was also one of the driving factors for world war II

    The inflaction following WW1 crippled the German economy and made the German dollar drop drasitcaly.

    It because cheaper to burn money than firewood.

    The economic was further strained by war reperations GER promised to pay.
