Why do Buddhists reject the idea of the Hindu caste system?

They do not want any influence from other religions.

They have their own social class system based on wealth.

They practice acceptance and tolerance of all people.

They believe that the caste system promotes poor karma.

    The Caste system has been practiced in Buddhism, however, it promotes the idea that people should be put into certain groups or labels. As to say one group is more superior than the other. Buddhists believe in equality and are kind to everyone no matter who they are or where they come from so your answer will be C. They practice acceptance and tolerance of all people.
