Why might it be difficult to successfully practice sustainable development in an emerging nation than in a developed nation

There are a couple of reasons why it's easier for emerging countries to sustain our development, such as:

- We have more capital than they do

- We have more skilled worker than developed countries do

- Even if developed countries experience economic growth, they still have to cover up their national debts
