Who has a idea of how titanoboa could come back to life?

Well, if you had titanoboa DNA, you could create a new organism by combining it with DNA from a living snake species. You could transplant it into a living female snake and have her give birth, only the offspring would be some sort of hybrid. Possibly. I didn't research any of this, but it seems that if you wanted to recreate a species, that'd be going in the right directiion.
