Delegated powers are only given to the national government. Reserved powers are only given to the states. Concurrent powers are shared by both the national government and the states.

Delegated (National Government) - Declare war and make peace

Reserved (States) - Pass marriage and divorce laws

    Concurrent (Both) - Borrow money
