A Pharaoh is known to be the most powerful person in ancient Egypt. He is both the political and religious leader of the land and ruler of both the Upper and Lower Egypt. He is responsible in collecting taxes, making laws, defending Egypt from invaders, and practically owner of all of Egypt.

When a Pharaoh's land is threatened from an invasion, he can always choose to lead the war; many have done this through time. When a Pharaoh wins a battle, his conquered people automatically recognizes him as their new ruler and will offer him their finest and most valuable goods from their land.
