    The way that the Radical Republican program for Reconstruction differs from President Abraham Lincoln’s "Ten-Percent Plan" is: Radical Republicans denied that freedmen be given equal rights.

    even after they been freed, the members of the radical republicans still can't accept that the African-American citizens were given the right to vote like the white citizen.
