Overworked mostly ... unless your in a on call position, which technically then it would happen. People who work "Salary" are often exposed to those conditions. In a unfair society, unfortunately employers know how to expose loopholes, and if the employee needs the job bad enough ... they must "obey" their employer. I call bull on this one ... lulz
