Dave is an executive at a large company. He is concerned that other businesses in his industry have been moving some of their operations to foreign countries in order to cut down on labor costs.     A. Many countries do that these days becuase of the lower cost. for example many business of the united states like apple have their factories over seas like in China becuase it cuts down a lot on labor cost.
