    The answer is letter A. Because of the belief of the Chinese of the Mandate of Heaven, their emperor was not able to boost their economic as well as the continuous problems in government. The Tang Dynasty decided to merge with Emperor Gaozu to improve the economic and political sectors during the Tang dynasty
