How did Southwest Asia change as a result of nationalism?

    Nationalism changed Southwest Asia by having new independent countries. Nationalism is an extreme movement of loyalty in one’s country. It sparked a nationwide interest of the people to stand up against their colonizers and establish their own government. An example of the resulting independent nations from this movement is Turkey.
