1. Not having to worry about constantly moving

2. Knowing your ground and surroundings

3. Can expand your ground and start a community where you are

Nomadic:

1. Food is always available

2. If you run out of land you can always get more

3. Never have to worry about building a village because you're always on the move

4. You're free range

There are many benefits of shaving permanent settlement becuz they are always there so that you can always have a home and id you have a nomadic settlement becuz they don't always have the best chances.
