    There will be no history if there are no people, events, times, places, institutions, and cultures.

    We call it a history if there's a certain events happened in A particular time and place.

    We also call it a history when someone were able to do something extraordinary

    We considered it as history if a group of people or constitutions were able to create something special that change the current era or cultures.
