How would you describe Frank Crowe. What were some of the innovations that made construction of the Hoover dam possible

I do strongly believe that Frank Crowe was a very hard-working and determined person, that in my opinion, the Hoover Dam wouldn’t be made the same without him.

Francis Trenholm Crowe was the chief engineer of the Hoover Dam. During that time, he was the superintendent of Six Companies, the construction company that oversaw the construction project.
