    The expression King of Kings and lord of lords is found in the book of revelation chapter 17:14 and 19:16 where you can finf this expression. So i will go with option B. There are some of the translations that use that expression in 1 timothy 6:15 but the reality is that it is more common to see this expression in the book of revelation
