If the strict constructionists had won the battle to limit the implied powers how might our gov be different today?

    It would only allow stringent policies for the government but centered to the people. However, problems will arise with those in the government position. During Jefferson's Presidential term he made wrong decisions on economic and political decisions because of his desire to change the system and have more favorable laws for the people. This resulted in rebellion.
