I think the last area added to Italy would be Ethiopia, which was annexed in 1936 (but Italy didn't keep it), Else in 1924 Rijeka was added to Italy, but again it is not in Italian possession now. The last land added to Italy in possession still would then be South Tirol, added in 1919.
