You should have a foundation in ethics in order for you to be sure that you are not violating any human rights act or laws that have been founded by the government or the justice system.

Aside from this, if you have such foundation in ethics you can have great order in rooting your people into a structured environment that is aimed at a particular vision, mission, and objectives. These things would make you a more organized and carefully structured organization that caters health care to those in need.
