What is an example of Party Practices?

Party practices may refer to rules and regulations that are being implement in a particular group in the government and followed by the members to change the current political process.

For example:

Election - By electing a person or persons as a government official gives him or them a power to implement or pass a law that can affect our government and our society as a whole.

Nominating a president or other government officials for the coming election is also an example of party practices.
