What inference can you make about litter in a public park? A. More government work is needed to keep up the park. B. People tend to disregard land they do not own. C. The general public is not very intelligent. D. When property is privately owned, it is not taken care of.

    I personally think that the answer would be B. People tend to disregard land they do not own because when someone owns land they want it the cleanest it could possibly be, When someone does not own the land they tend to think that if they don't own the land they can treat however they want.
