What was the significance of Manchuria, Ethiopia, and Spain in the 1930s?

    She significance of each of these, was that they each struggled immensly. Japan was becoming overpopulated and wanted to expand, so in 1931 the Japanese army invaded Manchuria. In 1935, Italy invaded Ethiopia. And, with the defeat from the Spanish Civil War, Spain was now under the control of a Fascist dictator. So each of these countries were invaded/taken over.
