Is Roman concrete stronger than modern concrete? Explain.

    I believe the correct answer is no. Roman concrete was probably made with lighter material the today's usage. We have better tools to make our concrete stronger so I think that Modern concrete is stronger than Roman concrete.

    Roman concrete is in some ways stronger than modern concrete. The Romans used volcanic ash and rocks, limestone, and water to produce extremely durable concrete. This also prevented cracks from spreading in the concrete which is why their concrete is still in shape to this day.
