    I would say C.

    A. seems improbable due to the small armed forces Cuba could deploy (compared to US) and the consequent inexistent possibility of success of such venture;

    B. Do not think China could enter into heavily pro-soviet Cuba;

    D. Seems the opposite, considering that US organized a very active espionage campaign on Cuba, resulting in the discovery of Russian missile sites being prepared in Cuba to house Russian missiles (The Cuban-Missiles Crisis).
