There is no simpel answer for that becouse in Medieval times peopel belived that power as an authroity is given by God and the nature the power as a phenomenon but it wasn't 'divine rigth of the kings' becous ethat was coined in 16th century whjen absolutism emerged, C is also rigth in amny aspects so i would choose A or C maybe A but it must be stated that this is not the same as divine rigth of the king
