    The following explanations which most likely accounts for Latin America's failed transition to democracy is that d) Latin American leaders were unable to agree on written constitutions. Although the final result is that most Latin American countries have adopted a similar constitution the United States, but the same rights in the constitution have not been espoused as much as in the States.
