How did prehistoric people adapt to their environments?

    They made tools out of stone and wood, hunted animals with spears (long wooden sticks and sharp stone on end), and skinned the animals for meat and fur. Sometimes they also used animal bones to create tools and weapons. The fur was used to make mats to lay on, blankets, coats, and hats
