    The Great Migration was the development of 5 million African-Americans out of the rustic Southern United States to the urban Northeast, Midwest, and West that happened in the vicinity of 1915 and 1960. What inspired this huge scale development is the employment opportunities because of mechanical development in northern urban communities.
