Germany became responsible for WW1, they had to pay reparations to France and Great-Britain for the damage they caused. Germany had to reduce they're army and they had to dismantle they're marine forces and they're aviation. They could no longer make alliances. They had to sign article 231 which recognized them as responsible to take the blame for the war. They had to recognize the independence of Austria-Hungary and they lost many territories they had power over before. Poland was created.

    This is true, the damage of The Treaty of Versailles did to Germany was incomprehensible, it destroyed the nation and economy, which is perhaps the main reason Adolf Hitler managed to unite the population under the National Socialist Party Flag, what also grew support for him is how we managed to fix Germany's economy, and his promise to bring Germany to her former glory.
